Deposit Policy

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will result in an Administration Fee of the first night being taken.

• Full Payment is taken for all online bookings or events which is non refundable. 
• We may at our discretion be able to offer transfer of stay to another date for online and phone bookings if advised 1 week prior to check in 
• If you do not arrive on your intended check in date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit of stay in its entirety 
• If you wish to reduce your stay after checking in we regret we are unable to refund any monies paid
