CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be received in writing via email from the person who made the booking. Please understand that we can only calculate the number of days' notice from when we receive the written notice.
Off Peak and Shoulder Periods
Cancellations – up to 14 days prior – all bookings cancelled will incur a $30.00 administration fee.
If a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be given.
Peak Periods, Toowoomba Spring Carnival, School Holidays, Easter & Christmas
Cancellations - up to 28 days prior – all bookings cancelled will incur a $40.00 administration fee.
If a cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be give
If Outside Cancellation Policy - All monies being forfeited
Date Changes:
One free date change per booking, further changes incur a $25 change fee
All changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival

REFUND CONDITIONS: Providing the necessary notice has been given and you are able to receive a refund, the remaining deposit will be refunded by the same method in which they were originally paid. All refunds will be processed within 7 days.

TRAVEL INSURANCE AND WEATHER EVENTS
It is highly advised to look at travel insurance for cover due to unforeseen circumstances including weather events/conditions, event cancellations, medical expenses, health pandemics and loss or damage to personal baggage. Within the cancellation period of your booking, a refund will not be made to weather conditions/events.
Payment Policy: Full payment (100%) will be taken at time of booking. NOTE: The following fees will apply to all bookings: Visa and Mastercard – 1.1% inc. All transactions on our website are secured by SSL encryption.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
