Changes & cancellations

Changes and Cancellation Deposits and Payments

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY ONLINE BOOKINGS - as we use an external booking agency.

BOOKING MADE THROUGH THE OFFICE

  • Deposits will be refunded less administration fees of $25.00 if the Park is notified of the cancellation at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Cancellations less than 48 hours notice there is no refund. UNLESS YOUR STAY IS DURING PEAK SEASON.

There are no refunds for early departures.

  • A $25 administration fee for all cancellations will be deducted from any refunds given.
  • *if you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled without any refund to you.
  • There are no refunds for early departures.
  • * IF YOU DO NOT RETURN YOUR ROOM/CABIN KEY ON DEPARTURE THERE WILL BE A $50 REPLACEMENT KEY CHARGE ADDED TO YOUR STAY. ( WE HAVE 2 KEY RETURN BOXES ONE AT THE YELLOW SIGN NEAR THE BOOMGATE AND THE OTHER IS TO THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE OFFICE GLASS DOOR.

Peak Season

  • If your reservation falls during PEAK SEASON  
  • Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to Events arrivals will not receive a refund and 100% of the reservation payment will be retained by Millmerran Village Caravan Park.

Events include: ( these payments will be made prior to arrival )

  • Power station shut
  • Camp Oven Festival
  • Caravan Rally's.
  • Group booking such as wedding parties etc.
  • Christmas & New Years (20 Dec till 5 January)

Pets

  • We do have few Pet friendly Cabins available with extra surcharge.
  • Pets are required to be with someone at all times and never left unattended.
  • When walking in the park to be on a leash and collect any deposits that your pet may leave.

Deposits & payments

  • Full payment is required at time of booking accommodation this will then lock your stay in when booking.
  • You will receive an email confirmation on receipt of your payment.
  • Additional charges incurred during your stay are payable direct to the park and must be settled prior to your departure.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4.com.au park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
