Offering a level, concrete base these sites provide you with the base to create the ideal setup for your Rainbow Beach camping getaway for caravans, motorhomes, camper trailers, tents and more.

These sites are conveniently located so if you need to take advantage of the park’s amenities and camp kitchen you won’t have to stroll too far.

Have a four legged family member joining you on your travels? Then pack the collar and leash as our sites are dog friendly. Just be sure to call reception prior to booking and check out our dog friendly policy.

Changes & cancellations

Booking Policy

All reservations require a bond (deposit) to be paid at the time of the reservation. Without a bond, we are unable to make you a reservation. The minimum bond payable is equal to one night’s tariff. Any changes to reservations or cancellations will incur an administration fee of $39.00.

All cancellations must be made directly with the park in writing. Upon cancellation, monies paid can be credited to a client account for future stays. Any money transferred for future stays at the parks will only be valid for 12 months from the original reservation date. No credit or refund will be available for early departures or cancellations once arrived. A credit cannot be exchanged for a refund.

Off-peak periods

Cabins: Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the reservation date, will receive a refund of monies paid minus an administration fee. Cancellations made within 14 days from the reservation surrender the bond (one night's tariff). Any remaining monies can be refunded or applied to a client account. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation, surrender all monies paid.

Sites: Cancellations received more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full credit or refund. Cancellations received within 48 hours of the reservation will surrender all monies paid.

Peak periods

Cabins & Sites: Full payment may be required by a designated date; this will be supplied upon the reservation (approx. 30 days for peak and selected peak periods). Cancellations made before the designated full payment date will receive a refund of all monies paid minus an administration fee. Cancellations made after the designated full payment date surrender all monies paid.

Pets

BIG4 Rainbow Beach is a dog-friendly holiday park that allows dogs all year round excluding the Easter period, Christmas/New Year peak period and other long weekends. We offer multiple accommodation options available to book so you can bring your favourite pet with you for your next stay. To ensure that you enjoy your stay with our other guests, we must ensure that all dog owners take full responsibility for their dog and ensure they do not disturb other guests when on the property.

Deposits & payments

The park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email or postal address supplied. The balance is due upon check-in (off peak), or 30 days prior to arrival (peak).
