Changes & cancellations
If more than 7 days' notice is given for a reservation cancellation during off-peak season, guests will be refunded their full payment less a $50.00AUD cancellation fee per cabin or site. At least 7 days' notice must be given for booking or date alterations. An administration fee of $50 per reservation will apply for each date change or change of cabin/site type made. Date changes are subject to availability. If cancelling within 7 days of due arrival date no refund will be given. If you do not notify the park of your cancellation or do not arrive by 10am the day after your scheduled arrival date, your booking will be cancelled and deposit forfeited.
Pets
Dogs are welcome at Managers discretion on sites and some glamping tents. Please see full Pets Terms and Conditions.
Deposits & payments
Full payment is taken at time of booking. Group Bookings: Upon booking for a group (10 or more bookings), a deposit of $100 is required per cabin/villa and $50 per powered/ensuite site. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within one month of the arrival dates. Any cancellation more than one month prior to the arrival date will incur a $50 administration fee per booking and all remaining amounts will be refunded.
Fees
Payment methods: You have the choice of one of the following payment options:•BPAY ®. Please refer to your booking confirmation for our BPAY ® Biller Code and Reference Number.•Visa or Mastercard at time of booking and for all on-line bookings. Please note, payments made by credit card will incur a transaction fee reflecting bank charges incurred by Park Lane Holiday Parks for these payments. Current fees are 1.5% of the transaction total for Visa & MasterCard payments over $500.00. (This does not apply to payments made online)•Direct deposit within 3 business days – please quote your reservation number to identify your payment. (not available for online bookings)
What you need to know
Our office closes at 4pm daily. We can assist with late arrivals on Friday and Saturday nights and during school holidays with staff available until 8pm, please ensure you can arrive by this time to check-in after office hours at our hotel. Weekdays during the school term please call if arriving after 4pm to arrange check in.
NNSR & HP requires supervision for the use of pool and playground facilities for minors. Children under the ages of 12 are to be supervised by an adult at all times during use.
There is NO LIFEGUARD in attendance at the pool; All pools are deep in places and also have shallow areas.
There is an increased risk of serious physical injury and drowning.
Please be aware ALL visitors must be registered at reception.
Noise must be kept to a minimum in quiet time from 9 pm to 7 am; we have a NO PARTY policy within the park, please call us if you require any additional information in this regard.
Responsibility for accompanying dog: Vaccinations must be supplied on arrival for all dogs accompanying you for your stay. Dogs are permitted on sites throughout the Holiday Park only. In all other accommodation, dogs are not permitted. Dogs must always be on a lead, be friendly to all other dogs and people. Local wildlife frequent our site and dogs must be kept at safe distance, any harm will be reported to local Parks and wildlife. All dog excrement must be picked up immediately and disposed of accordingly. You are to accompany your dog at all times and not leave them alone. Dogs are not permitted in the Pool areas. Management reserves the right to ask a guest to leave the park without compensation if a dog is not on a lead or disturbing others including the wildlife.
I have been advised and have agreed to inform all members of my party and any guests that the use of facilities and equipment, including pools and all onsite activity areas, are at their own risk and NNSR&HP is not liable for any injuries that occur.

Persons under 18: Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to make a reservation. We reserve the right to cancel any of these reservations.
Check In Policy: Please note that all guests are required to have a credit card upon check in as a pre-authorisation/security for the booking. This pre-authorisation of $5.00 will be deducted per Cabin or Villa. This is not a charge to your account and will only be used in the case of any unexpected damages, excessive cleaning requirements and other loss found upon check out (fair wear and tear excluded). Should additional funds be required to cover these charges they will be deducted from this card. Cash bonds are not accepted. Depending on the financial institution of the card used for the pre-authorisation, it is automatically released from the hold within 5-10 working days.

Peak Season Cancellation Policy: Includes public holidays, long weekends, and special events – bookings require a security deposit of the first nights tariff when booking. On-line: Full payment is taken at time of booking. If more than 28 days notice is given for a reservation cancellation during peak season, guests will be refunded their full payment less a $50.00AUD cancellation fee per cabin or site. At least 28 days notice must be given for booking or date alterations. An administration fee of $50 per reservation will apply for each date change or change of cabin or site type made. Date changes are subject to availability. If cancelling within 28 days of due arrival date no refund will be given. If you do not notify the park of your cancellation or do not arrive by 10am the day after your scheduled arrival date, your booking will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. Park Lane Holiday Parks reserves the right to cancel bookings for ‘no shows’.
Rate Inclusions for Bookings
All rates are quoted for 2 guests only
- Extra person charge for cabin and villa accommodation is:
- 14 years old and older – $20 per person per night
- 3 to 13 years old – $15 per child per night
- 0 to 2 years old – Free
- Extra person charge for sites and ensuite sites is:
- 14 years old and older – $15 per person per night
- 3 to 13 years old – $12 per child per night
- 0 to 2 years old - Free
Accommodation Allocation: We endeavor to provide the accommodation you have booked; however we reserve the right to re-allocate to the same style of accommodation if deemed necessary.
Villa and site capacity
- Villas – extra persons comply with maximum villa occupancy for each villa type
- Sites – maximum persons per site is six
Group Bookings
- Park Lane Holiday Parks offer great deals for group/club bookings – please speak with management for specials and inclusions.
- We require a nominated contact person for the group/club
- All bookings require a security deposit of $50 per site and $100 per cabin and villa when booking
Bunk Beds: Please be advised: Work Law Health & Safety state that operators must comply with the Australian Standard AS/NZS 4220:2003 “Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunk, children must not play on top bunk”. Please take this into consideration when making your booking.
Supplies: A complimentary starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and soap are provided in your cabin and villa accommodation but please note these are not restocked during your stay.
Promotional Material: You and/or the children in Park Lane Holiday Parks may be photographed for historical and marketing purposes, please let management know if there is any reason you cannot be photographed. Should your image be reproduced, you will have no interest in copyright of the image, which is the sole right of Park Lane Holiday Parks and Parky’s Fun Park. You will not be entitled to financial reimbursement for participation in photographs and/or their subsequent publication.
Privacy Policy: Park Lane Holiday Parks respects your privacy and are committed to protecting that privacy. Accordingly, we will only deal with your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
BIG4 Holiday Parks: BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
