Changes & cancellations
Short Notice Cancellations (less than 14 days’ notice): If a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, we will hold monies in Credit for a period of up to 12 months. Your booking reverts to a Change of Dates booking and Change of Date booking conditions subsequently apply.
Long Notice Cancellations (more than 14 days’ notice): If a cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund will be issued less a $25 cancellation fee.
Change of Date Booking: If you wish to change the date of your booking, we will do our very best to accommodate this request, subject to availability.
If there is a difference in monies owed then this difference must be payable in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the new booking. If there is a Credit of monies, then this can be redeemed within the business. 1st time amendment fees waived. Subsequent changes will incur a $25 amendment fee.

What you need to know
Our office closes at 4 pm daily. We can assist with late arrivals on Friday and Saturday nights and during school holidays with staff available until 8.00 pm, please ensure you can arrive by this time to check-in after office hours at our hotel. Week days during the school term please call if arriving after 4pm to arrange check in.
Additional guests looking to stay with you must be signed in at reception. Additional guests are limited please enquire at reception for more detail. Additional Holiday Park Adults guests will be charged $12.00, children $8.00 per night.
Noosa North Shore Retreat and Holiday Park “NNSR&HP” is not responsible for any of my property or effects that may be lost, stolen or damaged.
NNSR & HP requires supervision for the use of pool and playground facilities for minors. Children under the ages of 12 are to be supervised by an adult at all times during use.
There is NO LIFEGUARD in attendance at the pool; All pools are deep in places and also have shallow areas.
There is an increased risk of serious physical injury and drowning.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our accommodation nor in any of the buildings or common areas, including the pool, or where there is play equipment. A $400.00 cleaning fee applies for smoking in rooms or cabins, with an additional $100.00 payable if accommodation is left in an unsatisfactory condition.
Please be aware ALL visitors must be registered at reception.
Noise must be kept to a minimum in quiet time from 9 pm to 7 am; we have a NO PARTY policy within the park, please call us if you require any additional information in this regard.
Credit Card Surcharge: ALL credit card transactions will incur a standard card service fee as per each card distributor.
Responsibility for accompanying dog: Vaccinations must be supplied on arrival for all dogs accompanying you for your stay. Dogs are permitted on sites throughout the Holiday Park only. In all other accommodation, dogs are not permitted. Dogs must always be on a lead, be friendly to all other dogs and people. Local wildlife frequent our site and dogs must be kept at safe distance, any harm will be reported to local Parks and wildlife. All dog excrement must be picked up immediately and disposed of accordingly. You are to accompany your dog at all times and not leave them alone. Dogs are not permitted in the Pool areas. Management reserves the right to ask a guest to leave the park without compensation if a dog is not on a lead or disturbing others including the wildlife.
I have been advised and have agreed to inform all members of my party and any guests that the use of facilities and equipment, including pools and all onsite activity areas, are at their own risk and NNSR&HP is not liable for any injuries that occur.
BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
