10am. Requests for late check-outs are subject to availability.

Reception hours

7am-7pm. Should you be arriving outside of these hours, please let us know and we’ll make special arrangements. On site management is accessible 24 hours a day for emergencies.

Pets

Pets are welcomed to our powered sites guests only, however, they are not permitted during school holiday periods. The only exceptions are medically certified, guide, hearing and assistance dogs. Please call in advance to notify us that you wish to bring your beloved pet with you at the time of booking. Please note pet approval is at manager’s discretion.

Deposits & payments

Best Flexible Rate or Kids Stay Free Rate:

  • Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
  • First night is payable at the time of booking. 
  • Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival (less an administration fee of $50). 
  • If notice of your cancellation is received within 24 hours to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid. 
  • If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.

Semi-Flexible Rate:

  • Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival. 
  • First night is payable at the time of booking. 
  • Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival (less an administration fee of $50).
  • If notice of your cancellation is received within 5 days to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid. 
  • If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.

Early Bird:

  • Non-refundable credit card pre-payment is required for entire stay at the time of booking.
  • Reservations cannot be cancelled, amended or adjusted after booking.
  • If you do not arrive on your reservation date, your reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit.
  • Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay.

Stay 4, Save 20%:

  • Minimum of 4 night stay.
  • First night non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking. 
  • Reservations may be cancelled or amended up until 2pm prior to your arrival, with the first night non refundable payment forfeited. 
  • If you do not arrive on your reservation date, your reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit.
  • Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount. 
  • Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholders name and same individual must check-in for the stay.

Winter Warmer:

  • Minimum of 2 night stay applicable.
  • First night non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Reservations may be cancelled or amended up until 2pm prior to your arrival with the first night non refundable payment forfeited.
  • If you do not arrive on your reservation date your reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit.
  • Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount.
  • Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay.

Summer Holiday Rate:

  • First night deposit is due at time of booking.
  • Full Payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
  • Bookings made within 90 days prior to arrival will require full payment at time of booking.
  • Should you wish to cancel or change your booking before 90 days prior to arrival, the park will retain the first night deposit.
  • If the notice of your cancellation is received within 90 days prior to arrival, the park may retain all monies paid.
  • If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
  • If you wish to reduce your nights booked after the commencement of your stay with us, we regret that we are unable to refund any monies paid.
  • Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount.
  • Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder’s name and same individual must check-in for the stay.

What you need to know

Early Departure: No refunds will be given should you decide to check out early.

Security: A valid credit card will be required on check-in. Your card will be held securely on file to be applied on unpaid balances, damages or excessive cleaning.

Maximum Stay: Rivershore Resort is 100% tourism based, no permanents with a maximum stay length of 28 days.

Occupants: The quoted tariff is based on the number of adults and children provided at the time of booking. Should the number vary, the tariff may alter. All bookings at the resort must include one adult (over 18 years of age) in the reservation with all children to be accompanied and responsible for by an adult during their stay.

Visitor Policy: We ask any visitors to check-in at reception, during peak times we may have to restrict the number of day visitors allowed due to legal restrictions. We thank you for your cooperation.

Noise: At all times please consider all guests. A noise restriction applies at 10pm to ensure the enjoyment for all guests. 

Smoking: All safari tents, facilities and common areas are non-smoking areas. Smoking will only be permitted within your designated site.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
