*All cancellations will be charged a $20 admin fee

• If the booking is cancelled 14 days prior to arrival you will receive a refund less a $20 admin fee.
• If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival,your deposit will be held in credit for 6 months. Less a $20 administration fee.
• If the booking is cancelled less than 72hrs prior to arrival - no refund or credit will apply
• No refund or credit will be issued for non-arrivals.
• Early Departure - No refunds will be issued should you decide to cut your stay short or in the event of inclement weather.

Deposit Policy - We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind, your circumstances change or you choose the wrong accommodation. Receipt of your deposit means we hold the accommodation for you. A deposit is required upon booking your accommodation and the balance is to be paid upon check in. A valid credit card must be provided during the booking process, which will be forwarded to our reservations team securely for processing. Personal cheques or money orders will only be accepted if received 28 days prior to arrival. Should a deposit not be received by its due date, your reservation will be cancelled.

All visitors must register at reception at arrival. We like to ensure that our guests have exclusive use of the parks facilities. Friends and family visiting are welcome to use our facilities for a small fee. Registration and payment if available at the reception desk. We ask that you please check with reception prior to arranging any visitors, as during peak times we may restrict the number of visitors allowed.

BIG4 Mackay Blacks Beach Holiday Park does not allow pets.

Credit not used within 6 months will be forfeited. Please note that date changes may attract a higher tariff. Special conditions apply during peak periods.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
