Cancellation Policy:

• All cancellations must be received in writing
• If a cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund will be issued.
• For cancellations within 2-14 days of arrival, your payment will be held as a credit (valid for up to 12 months), minus a one-night fee. Your remaining credit will be transferred to your client account for future use.
• Cancellations received less than 2 days before arrival or No Shows are non-refundable, and no credit will be issued.
• If a cancellation is received and a 'credit' has been used for payment, this credit amount will placed back on your client accounts (after a cancellation fee) with the remaining of the original 12 months period to be honoured.
• ​Date Changes:
• One free date change per booking, further changes incur a $25 change fee
• All changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival

• Basic rate covers 2 Adults
• Blackout periods apply School and public holidays and Long Weekends
