Cancellations allowed:  Fees apply

Valid travel dates: 1st October to 31st March 2025. Excl blackout dates, Public Holidays and School Holidays

Cancellation Policy:

• All cancellations must be received in writing
• If a cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund will be issued.
• If a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be given

Date Changes:

• One free date change per booking, further changes incur a $25 change fee
• All changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival
• Your BIG4 Membership Discount has already been built into this awesome offer so sorry no further discounts apply
• Must stay 4 consecutive nights
• Basic rate covers 2 Adults
• Blackout periods apply School and public holidays and Long Weekends
• This is a non-refundable package
