• All decisions regarding pets are at the Park Manager’s discretion.
• Please Note: Fees apply for cabin bookings with pets.
• All pets must be listed on the booking and reflected in the booking confirmation. Only pets included in the booking will be allowed on the premises, and the number of pets must match the details provided to ensure the price quoted remains accurate.
• Guests must accept full responsibility and indemnify the Park Manager/owner for any claims by (or injuries to) third parties or their property caused by or as a result of actions by their pet(s).
• Guests shall be liable for any damage or injury caused by their pet(s) and shall pay the park immediately for any costs incurred.
• All pets must be council registered and checked in at reception on arrival.
• Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly cabins and sites.
• Pets must never be left unattended and must be on a secure leash at all times when you are not in your tent or caravan.
• Pets must not interfere with other guests’ and residents’ quiet enjoyment: barking or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated at any time and will result in instant departure, without refund of site/cabin fees.
• For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in any communal areas or park facilities under any circumstances. This includes (but is not limited to) amenity blocks, camp kitchens, pools, splash parks, playgrounds and lagoon areas.
• Pets may only be walked on park roadways.
• Owners are responsible for disposing of all pet waste appropriately.
• Guests are encouraged to bring their dog’s bedding.

Best Flexible Rate 

• Deposit payment for the first night is required at the time of booking.
• Reservations may be cancelled or amended until 2:00 PM on the day prior to arrival. If cancelled, all deposits will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee.
• If cancellation is received after 2:00 PM on the day prior to arrival, the park will retain the first-night deposit or a $50 administration fee - whichever is greater.
• Failure to arrive on the reservation date will result in cancellation of the booking without refund or credit.
• The name on the reservation must match the name on the payment card. The cardholder must be present at check-in.
• Once your stay has commenced, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused nights.

Early Bird

• Full payment for the entire stay is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
• Reservations cannot be cancelled, amended, or adjusted after booking.
• Failure to arrive on the reservation date will result in cancellation of the booking without refund or credit.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts, vouchers, or special rates.
• The name on the reservation must match the name on the payment card. The cardholder must be present at check-in.
• Once your stay has commenced, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused nights.
• Offer is subject to availability and additional conditions may apply.

Saver Specials

• Minimum of 2 night stay applicable.
• First night Non-Refundable payment is required at the time of booking.
• Reservations may be cancelled or amended up until 2pm the day prior to your arrival with the first night non refundable payment forfeited.
• If you do not arrive on your reservation date your reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount.
• Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay.
• If you wish to reduce your nights booked after commencement of your stay with us, we regret that we are unable to refund any monies paid.

Stay4 Save 20%

• Payment for the first night is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
• Reservations may be cancelled or amended until 2:00 PM on the day prior to arrival. If cancelled, the first-night payment will be forfeited.
• A minimum stay of four (4) consecutive nights is required.
• Failure to arrive on the reservation date will result in cancellation of the booking without refund or credit.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts, vouchers, or special rates.
• The name on the reservation must match the name on the payment card. The cardholder must be present at check-in.
• Once your stay has commenced, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused nights.

Winter Warmer Site Special

• Deposit payment for three (3) nights is required at the time of booking.
• A minimum stay of seven (7) consecutive nights is required.
• Reservations may be cancelled or amended until 2:00 PM on the day prior to arrival. If cancelled, all deposits will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee.
• If cancellation is received after 2:00 PM on the day prior to arrival, the park will retain the three night deposit or a $50 administration fee - whichever is greater.
• Failure to arrive on the reservation date will result in cancellation of the booking without refund or credit.
• The name on the reservation must match the name on the payment card. The cardholder must be present at check-in.
• Once your stay has commenced, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused nights.

Semi Flexible Rate

• Deposit payment for the first night is required at the time of booking.
• Outstanding balance due in full at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
• Reservations may be cancelled or amended until 7 days prior to arrival. If cancelled, all deposits will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee.
• If cancellation is received within 7 days of arrival, the park will retain the first-night deposit.
• Failure to arrive on the reservation date will result in cancellation of the booking without refund
• or credit.
• The name on the reservation must match the name on the payment card. The cardholder must be present at check-in.
• Once your stay has commenced, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused nights.

Summer Holiday Rate

• First night deposit is due at time of booking.
• Full Payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
• Bookings made within 90 days prior to arrival will require full payment at time of booking.
• Should you wish to cancel or change your booking before 90 days prior to arrival, the park will retain the first night deposit.
• If the notice of your cancellation is received within 90 days prior to arrival, the park may retain all monies paid.
• If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
•  If you wish to reduce your nights booked after the commencement of your stay with us, we regret that we are unable to refund any monies paid.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount.
