Check in

Powered sites between 12:00am and 5:00pm. Cabins between 2:00pm and 5:00pm.

Check out

Before 10:00am on the day of departure.

Reception hours

Open Hours: Monday to Saturday 8:00am until 5:00pmSunday & Public Holidays 8:00am until 4:00pm

Changes & cancellations

All cancellations will incur a 10% fee of the deposit paid.  No refunds are available for early departure.

No Pets allowed

Deposits & payments

A credit card deposit equivalent to the first nights’ accommodation is required at the time of booking. The park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email or postal address supplied. The balance is due upon check-in.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
