Overview

Our family cabins offer plenty of open plan space for a family to enjoy their stay.

These cabins are set out around a large quadrangle of grass and offer a safe area for kids to play away from the river or for families to have a communal gathering. An undercover barbeque is provided.

Within the cabin the main bed is set within the centre of the cabin and offers clear views of the external communal area.

The kitchen and Ensuite sit at one end of the cabin and single beds/bunks at the other.  All cabins have a queen sized main bed with electric blanket, and ¾ height false wall separating the single beds. Linen supplied to the main bed and single linen kits available for the single beds. Cabins 13 and 14 have 3 single beds

Although most people chose to live and cook outdoors, the kitchen provides a small oven, large fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle and is well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Air conditioned. TV with DVD player provided.

There is a small concrete patio out the front with chairs provided, but most people chose to enjoy the grassed area with park bench type seating.

Changes & cancellations

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 24 hours within booking made – 100% refund (this does not include once arrived on site)
  • + 60 days before date requested – 80% refund
  • 30 – 60 before date requested – 60% refund
  • 29 – 14 before date requested – 50% refund
  • 13 days or less – no refund

Please note the cancellation policy applies to anyone wanting to cancel, regardless of the reason for cancelling.

RESCHEDULE POLICY

Up to 7 days prior to arrival, bookings may be rescheduled to a future date.

You can reschedule to a future date, within 9 months of your original booking date.

If a booking is rescheduled the cancellation policy no longer applies.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY

All refunds and reschedules are subject to availability and at the business’s discretion.

All refund and reschedule requests must be received in writing to stay@big4barham.au.

The cancellation policy and reschedule policy apply in every circumstance.

What you need to know

CABINS: Main beds come with linen and towels, unless we inform you otherwise. If you need extra linen kits, you can purchase them at the office.

ALL SITES: We provide free potable drinking water at two marked locations on the map. River water is filtered and settled, making it suitable for toilets and showers, but not for drinking.
