Overview

Our two-bedroom cabins are ideal for those who are happy to share accommodation and costs or may suit a family with children. Can sleep up to six.

Comfortable carpeted bedrooms with double beds and ample storage space. One room has a set of bunks for the kids, whilst the other sits alongside the full Ensuite. Main beds have electric blankets provided.

Sitting between the two bedrooms is the kitchen/living area.

Linen is provided to main beds, and single linen kits can be provided for the single beds.

Although most people chose to live and cook outdoors, the kitchen provides a small cook top, microwave, fridge, toaster & kettle and is well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Air conditioned, with wall mounted fans in each bedroom, living area has a TV with DVD player.

Covered outside deck with table and chairs allows you to relax amongst the shade of the surrounding trees and overlooks the playground/ pool area. A short walk to the riverbank where you can cast your line or relax on the river bank.

Changes & cancellations

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 24 hours within booking made – 100% refund (this does not include once arrived on site)
  • + 60 days before date requested – 80% refund
  • 30 – 60 before date requested – 60% refund
  • 29 – 14 before date requested – 50% refund
  • 13 days or less – no refund

Please note the cancellation policy applies to anyone wanting to cancel, regardless of the reason for cancelling.

RESCHEDULE POLICY

Up to 7 days prior to arrival, bookings may be rescheduled to a future date.

You can reschedule to a future date, within 9 months of your original booking date.

If a booking is rescheduled the cancellation policy no longer applies.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY

All refunds and reschedules are subject to availability and at the business’s discretion.

All refund and reschedule requests must be received in writing to stay@big4barham.au.

The cancellation policy and reschedule policy apply in every circumstance.

What you need to know

CABINS: Main beds come with linen and towels, unless we inform you otherwise. If you need extra linen kits, you can purchase them at the office.

ALL SITES: We provide free potable drinking water at two marked locations on the map. River water is filtered and settled, making it suitable for toilets and showers, but not for drinking.
