Unpowered Campsite

• Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
• If notice of your cancellation is received within 72 hours to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
• Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
• If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
• Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay

Bookings Staying (24th - 29th March 2027)

• Modifications to bookings are allowed up to 1st March 2027 without penalty
• Modifications to bookings from 1st Match 2027 will attract a 100% fee of any monies paid
• Cancellations made to bookings are allowed up to 1st March 2027 without penalty
• Cancellations made to bookings from 1st Match 2027 will attract a 100% cancellation fee
• Refunds are not offered for reduction in nights stayed due to changes in weather.
• If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
• Booking must be made under the name of person attending the park
• Total occupant numbers must be listed on the reservation.
• All attempts to accommodate room / site requests will be made however we cannot guarantee a specific room or site.

• First night is payable at the time of booking.
• Total stay cost to be paid 72 hours prior to arrival.
• Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.

Bookings Staying (24th - 29th March 2027)

• 1 Night Deposit is to be paid at time of booking
• 50% of total stay cost is due by 1 November 2026
• 100% of total stay cost is due by 1 March 2027

If you are unable to meet the deposit due dates, you must contact the park to make alternate arrangements. Failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled and forfeiture of any money paid. We will make every attempt to assist you.
