Peak Season, Easter and October Long Weekends - Advance deposits are refundable if notice of cancellation is given at least 6 weeks prior to your intended arrival. If less than 6 weeks’ notice is given there will be no refund unless we are able to rebook the cabin/site for the cancelled dates. A pro-rata refund will be given in the event that we were not able to fully rebook the cabin/site. Outside of Peak Season, Easter and October Long Weekends - Advance deposits are refundable/booking dates can be changed provided that 48 hours notice of cancellation is given.
Thank you for booking online to stay at BIG4 South Durras Holiday Park. The supplied credit card will be debited for the indicated deposit amount. Full settlement for the balance of your reservation will be required upon Check-In.**For summer school holiday bookings the balance of 50% of your reservation will be payable as requested via email. A boom gate card and /or cabin key will be supplied to you on Check-in. Lost keys/boom gate cards will incur a replacement fee.
