Join growers chefs and shuckers to celebrate the Rock Oyster on the first weekend in May. They celebrate a symphony of merroir, season and produce on the shores of Wagonga Inlet.

The two-day program begins with a Friday Night Warm-up around the Main Stage, with oyster and liquor bars, food vendors, live music, performances, and a fireworks display over Wagonga Inlet.

Saturday, the big day, blends cosmopolitan and Indigenous food experiences with transformative tastings, cooking demonstrations with celebrated local and visiting chefs, live music on two stages and food markets including an impressive selection of celebrated wines, beers and spirits. On Saturday, ticketed coaches will run between Batemans Bay and Bermagui, complemented by a free shuttle bus service throughout the town.

Explore the merroir of Rock Oyster Country and meet the growers in Oyster Farmers Alley, go on a tasting journey of award-winning oysters in an Ultimate Oyster Experience with John Susman or drift away on a Champagne Oyster Cruise.

Premium dining events on Friday night and Saturday provide an exclusive space for elevated experiences.

Come a little earlier for Rock Oyster Week. It begins in late April with a variety of experiences, from kayak tours to farm gates, culinary delights and sea plane flights, all set against the stunning backdrop of Rock Oyster Country.
