- Deposit payment for the first night is required at the time of booking.
- Reservations may be cancelled or amended until 2:00 PM on the day prior to arrival for a full refund.
- If cancellation is received after 2:00 PM on the day prior to arrival, the park will retain the first-night deposit as a cancellation fee.
- Failure to arrive on the reservation date will result in cancellation of the booking without refund or credit.
- The name on the reservation must match the name on the payment card. The cardholder and payment card must be present at check-in.
- Once your stay has commenced, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused nights.
Early Bird:
- Full payment for the entire stay is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
- Reservations cannot be cancelled, amended, or adjusted after booking.
- Failure to arrive on the reservation date will result in cancellation of the booking without refund or credit.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts, vouchers, or special rates.
- The name on the reservation must match the name on the payment card. The cardholder must be present at check-in.

Semi Flexible – 30 days:
- Deposit payment for the first night is required at the time of booking.
- Outstanding balance due in full at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
- Bookings made within 30 days prior to arrival will require full payment at time of booking.
- Should you wish to cancel or change your booking more than 30 days prior to arrival, the park will retain the first night deposit payment.
- If the notice of your cancellation is received within 30 days of arrival, deposits paid are non-refundable.
- If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
- Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount.

Semi Flexible – 7 days:
- Deposit payment for the first night is required at the time of booking.

- Should you wish to cancel or change your booking more than 7 days prior to arrival, the park will retain the first night deposit payment.

Summer Holiday:

Pets
Terms & Conditions
Ingenia Holiday Parks endeavours to provide our visitors and guests with a relaxing holiday experience. In line with this, we have developed a policy specifically for the keeping of pets in this park which must be adhered to at all times. By doing so, we can ensure that pet owners and non-pet owners have their individual interests respected.
- All decisions regarding pets are at the Park Manager’s discretion.
- There is a limit of one (1) pet per booking unless prior arrangements have been made for additional pets.
- Guests must accept full responsibility and indemnify the Park Manager/owner for any claims or injuries to third parties or their property caused by their pet(s).
- Guests shall be liable for any damage or injury caused by their pet(s) and shall pay the Park Manager immediately for any costs incurred.
- All pets must be council registered and checked in at reception on arrival.
- Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly cabins and sites, additional fees may apply.
Note: A minimum $200 cleaning charge may apply if a cabin has been soiled. - Pets must never be left unattended and must be on a secure leash when you are not in your tent or caravan.
- Pets must not interfere with other guests’ and residents’ enjoyment; barking or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate departure without a refund of site or cabin fees.
- For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in any communal areas or park facilities, including amenity blocks, camp kitchens, pools, splash parks, playgrounds, and lagoon areas.
- Pets may only be walked on park roadways.
- Owners are responsible for disposing of all pet waste appropriately.
- Size restrictions may apply in some parks; check with the park for details.
- We encourage guests to bring their dog’s bedding.
Deposits & payments
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The deposit amount may change based on the tariff type selected. See terms and conditions of tariff types below in Changes and Cancellation.
What you need to know
BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
