Pet Terms & Conditions
We welcome guests with dogs on selected sites and cabins outside of the Easter and October long weekends and the December and January School Holidays. To provide for your comfort and the comfort of our other guests, we have implemented the following conditions regarding your occupancy in dog friendly accommodation. These conditions only apply to companion animals and are in addition to the normal booking terms and conditions.
1. Park management has absolute discretion in relation to any issues with dogs being permitted in the park
2. Dog must be registered as a guest upon booking and at check- in. As the dog is considered a guest an additional guest charge may be applied to the booking
3. Guests with dogs are only permitted to stay on designated sites or designated cabins
4. Dog must have current registration and vaccination certificates, which must be supplied to park management on request
5. Dog must be supervised and on a leash at all times, must not be left unattended and must be contained within the van, motorhome or annexe or cabin at night
6. Dogs are not permitted during the December/January school holidays, public holidays or peak periods
7. Dogs are not permitted inside park buildings, recreational areas or in the amenities buildings
8. All dog droppings are to be cleaned up immediately
9. Dog must be healthy and clean at all times during its stay
10. Dog must not be on the Dangerous Dogs list
11. Only one dog per site permitted. More than one dog at the discretion of the park manager
12. Washing/drying of dog bedding in park laundry equipment is not permitted
13. No barking or aggressive dogs are allowed on site
14. Assistance dogs must have documentation from Assistance Dogs Australia or other authority for the dog to stay as a guest in the park
15. We request that all guests respect the Holiday Park’s property, including the accommodation, contents, gardens, amenities and facilities
A minimum of $160 will be charged if cabin/site left in unsatisfactory condition upon departure
