Changes & cancellations
- Cancellations within 14 days or less prior to arrival - a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking will apply to all bookings.
- Cancellations 14 to 30 days prior to arrival – a cancellation fee of 50% of total booking will apply to all bookings.
- Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival - a administration fee of $50 for cabins & $20 for sites will apply to all bookings.
- Cancellations for Peak period after full balance has been paid will incur a fee of 100% of the booking.
- No refunds will be offered after the final payment date (1st September) for October Peak Bookings
- No refunds will be offered after the final payment date (1st November) for Christmas Peak Bookings
- No refunds will be offered after the final payment date (1st March) for Easter Peak Bookings
- Refunds are unavailable for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date or due to; early departures, no shows, change of mind, inclement weather, or where clients are asked to leave the park for breaching park rules.
- Pricing is subject to change.
- Guest credit/debit card details are required to secure all bookings.

- Holiday Haven reserves the right to cancel or amend any bookings due to unforeseen circumstance.
Pets
At Holiday Haven Burrill Lake we understand that often your dogs are another member of the family.
Dog Friendly Sites
Holiday Haven Burrill Lake offers dog friendly powered sites outside of peak, shoulder and school holiday periods. To ensure that all guests and pets have an enjoyable stay, we ask that dogs remain tied up on-site, or on a lead at all times whilst in the holiday park. We also offer free disposal bags located around the park, making it easier for you to clean up after your little mate.
Dog Friendly Cabins
We understand that not all pampered pooches like to ruff it, so Holiday Haven Burrill Lake now offers dog friendly cabins. This applies to selected cabin styles only outside of peak, shoulder and school holiday periods.
Manager's Discretion
For the enjoyment of all guests, our parks accept dogs only at the discretion of the onsite managers. So, when you are next planning a weekend getaway or longer break, speak to us to see if we can accommodate man’s best friend too.
Terms and Conditions
- To ensure the enjoyment of our holiday parks by all guests please read our dog friendly Terms and Conditions:
- Guests travelling with pets must mention so upon booking.
- Dogs are only allowed on the specifically designated cabins, caravan and motorhome sites. A cleaning fee of $40 will be charged on all dog friendly cabin bookings.
- Entry in the park is at managers discretion, upon completion of the ‘Conditions of acceptance for dogs at Holiday Haven Parks Form’
- No animals permitted in other cabins, holiday vans or powered sites.
- Dogs are not permitted during school holidays and peak periods
- Dogs must remain in the vehicle or tied up on the site, or on a lead at all times when in the park. Dog poo is the owners responsibility to clean up and dispose of.
- Owners must be responsible for their dog at all times. Dogs must not be left unattended on the site or in the park.
Deposits & payments
- Guest credit/debit card details are required to secure all bookings.
- Payment plans are available for purchases over $200.00.
- Bookings are not transferable to other persons.
- A deposit of at least one night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking for all bookings made outside 30 days of arrival.
- Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival for all off-peak stays to confirm the booking.
- Peak October Long Weekend – Deposit of at least 1 night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking. The full amount must be paid by 1 September.
- Peak Summer Period Bookings Payment – Deposit of at least 1 night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking. Second deposit of 50% of the balance to be paid by 1st August. Balance must be paid in full by 1 November.
- Peak Easter Period Bookings Payment – Deposit of at least 1 night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking. Second deposit of 50% of balance to be paid by 1 September. Full amount to be paid by 1 March.
- If payment deadlines are not met, Holiday Haven reserves the right to cancel your booking.
Fees
- Site Extras – $10 per night applies to boats, extra vehicles and trailers. Subject to availability, not available during peak periods.
- Dog Cleaning Fee – A fee of $40 will be charged on all dog-friendly cabin bookings.
- Cleaning Fee – A minimum of $160 will be charged if the cabin/site is left in unsatisfactory condition upon departure.
- Late Departure – subject to availability and prearrangement with park management. Fees may apply.
- Day Visitors – $15 per day per person.
- Additional Fees and charges are subject to change.

- Minimum night stays may apply during certain times, please check with park management.
- Low Season and shoulder season may vary from park to park. please check with park management for exact dates.
- Sites/Cabins are booked from 2pm (check in) on the day of arrival until 10am (check out) on the day of departure unless otherwise stated or arranged prior with park management, fees may apply.
- Maximum 4 adults per cabin/site
- Persons under 18 (or persons on their behalf) are not permitted to make reservations. Unaccompanied minors will not be accepted as guests in the park.
- Infants – 0 to 4 years
- Children – 4 to 17 years
- Adults – 18 years +
- Park management reserves the right to cancel or amend any bookings.
- 1 car space is allocated per site booked. Additional vehicles must be parked in allocated visitor parking or outside the park.
- One (1) tent/ caravan/ camper trailer per site.
- Any additional structure requires Park Manager permission.
- All damages to park property will be charged to the client’s credit card.
- There is no smoking permitted in park accommodation or other buildings, including on cabin decks and building verandas.
- All bookings placed will be accepted in accordance with NSW Public Health Orders. If making a booking at A Holiday Haven Park breaches a Public Health Order, this booking will be cancelled.
BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park or park listed on BIG4.com.au. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4.com.au park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
