• If cancellation made within 24 hours there will be no refund of deposit.
• If cancellation made within 14 days, deposits are not refundable but they are transferrable once only to a future date should that required time be available.
• If cancellation made earlier than 14 days full refund will be given. $20 will be charged to cover the transaction fees and administration.

At Snowy River Holiday Park we know that holidays are better when your best friend comes along.

That’s why we welcome dogs in all our self-contained cabins and camp sites – no extra pet fee required!

Our park is set on the peaceful banks of the Snowy River, surrounded by shady trees and open spaces, making it the perfect getaway for both humans and their four-legged companions.

Dedicated Off-Leash Dog Park

Let your pup stretch their legs and make new friends in our fully fenced off-leash dog park.

• Shady, quiet location with beautiful views over the Snowy River
• Complimentary doggy waste bags provided for your convenience
• Great spot to relax while your dog enjoys a safe run and play
• Please remember dogs must be supervised at all times while in the park.

Pet-Friendly Stays

• Cabins: Dogs are welcome inside our self-contained cabins, but not on the beds or furniture.
• Any damage or extra cleaning will incur a fee of $200 plus any additional fees equal to the cost of rectification.
• Camp Sites: Dogs are welcome on all camp sites as long as they are on a leash or safely contained in your own crate or enclosure.
• Communal Areas: To ensure everyone’s comfort, dogs aren’t permitted in reception, amenities, the camp kitchen, or BBQ shelter.
• We also offer doggy towel hire – perfect after a swim or a splash in the river!

Exploring the Region with Your Dog

If you’re heading out to explore or ski within Kosciuszko National Park or nearby trails where dogs aren’t allowed, we can help arrange local dog care:

Why We Welcome Dogs

We love dogs and understand the joy, companionship, and social connection they bring. At Snowy River Holiday Park, we take pride in creating a space where both pets and people can relax, connect, and enjoy the simple pleasures of nature.

Snowy River Holiday Park welcomes pets and encourages responsible pet ownership to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. Please follow our pet policy:

• Keep pets contained on leads or in crates, day and night.
• Only bring pets into designated dog-friendly cabins (request at booking; subject to availability). Dogs are only permitted in our dog-friendly cabin and on the attached deck and fenced yard, as well as on our four dog-friendly sites. Dogs are not to be walked around the park.
• Pets are not allowed in Amenities Block, Camp Kitchen, or BBQ Area unless certified as a companion animal.
• For health and safety reasons, dogs must not be washed or cleaned anywhere within the park. Additionally, any dog-related accessories, such as blankets, should not be washed or cleaned within the park.
• Keep pets on leash at all times to prevent snake interactions and other incidents.
• Clean up after your pet using provided doggy bags and dispose of waste properly.
• Minimise barking to avoid disturbing others; uncontrolled barking may lead to removal.
• Be considerate of other guests, children, and wildlife.
• The park owner/manager reserves the right to evict any guests whose dog is deemed noisy, disruptive, or aggressive, or if complaints are received. It is solely the dog owner’s responsibility to control and manage their dog at all times. Management reserves the right to immediately evict owners and their dogs from the park without warning if their behaviour is unacceptable.
• Owners are personally responsible and will be held liable for any injuries or property damage caused by their dog.

Abiding by these guidelines helps us ensure a safe and pleasant stay for everyone.

A deposit is required of 1 night's stay whether it be in a cabin or on a camping site for all bookings unless otherwise specified by the promotional or seasonal rate you are agreeing to purchase. Specific Terms and Conditions for Seasonal and Promotional Rates will be communicated prior to deposit and sent in your booking confirmation.

Advance Purchase Winter Rate Booking Terms & Conditions

Dates the Winter Rate Cancellation Policy applies: June King’s Birthday long weekend through to the October Labour Day weekend in NSW.

Advance Purchase Winter Rate Conditions

• Non refundable, non-transferable Bookings.
• A non-refundable deposit equivalent to the value of 50% of the total stay value is due to confirm your dates of stay.
• Online payment options are available, please discuss your payment requirements with staff.
• Changes are subject to availability, any reduction days of stay below the minimum stay default to the current pricing at the time of the change.
• Full deposit due by 30th of March prior to the beginning of the season, full balance payments are due no later than the of 5th of June at the start of the season. Payment plans and scheduled payments can be arranged, please speak to staff regarding your needs.

• Credit Card fees apply when paying in park. Visa/Mastercard 1.95% &American Express/Diners 3.95%
• Please refer to the Cancellation Policy for further fee conditions.

Snowy River Sauna is not associated operationally or financially with the Snowy River Holiday Park and all bookings must be made through their direct website https://www.snowyriversaunas.com/

Park Rules

• Check in: Sites as early as 11:00am and Cabins not before 2:00pm
• Check out: Sites and Cabins both 10:00am
• Late Arrivals: We welcome late arrivals with staff available until 9.30 pm, please ensure you can arrive by this time to check-in after office hours.
• After Hours Assistance: In-House guests can contact our afterhours service for any assistance during the stay, this will be communicated on check-in.
• Noise must be kept to a minimum in quiet time from 10pm to 7am; we have a NO PARTY policy within the park, please call us if you require any additional information in this regard.
• Smoking is not permitted in any of our accommodation nor in any of the buildings or common areas like the fire pits, BBQ Shelter or where there is play equipment.
• Cleaning fees: a $275.00 cleaning fee applies for smoking in rooms or cabins. An additional $200.00 fee is payable if accommodation is left in an unsatisfactory condition due to pet hair, waste along with invoicing of damage costs should it exceed the $200 fee.
• Please be aware ALL visitors must be registered at reception. Day visitors including adults will be issued a day pass, in order for a visitor to register the legal name and contact mobile number of the guest is required at the time of entry or access may be denied.
• Antisocial behaviour by guests, their day visitors or any pets will result in an immediate check out, failure to comply with staff direction will be passed to relevant authorities.

Acknowledgement of Risk

I have been advised, and have agreed to tell everyone in my party and any guests: That the use of facilities and equipment, poses a serious risk and could cause death or serious permanent injury; I indemnify Snowy River Holiday Park and all its personnel against any claim arising from any injury or death caused by use of any of the facilities and equipment at Snowy River Holiday Park.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received.
