Changes & cancellations

  • If cancellation made within 24 hours there will be no refund of deposit.
  • If cancellation made within 14 days, deposits are not refundable but they are transferrable once only to a future date should that required time be available.
  • If cancellation made earlier than 14 days full refund will be given. $5 will be charged to cover the EFTPOS transaction.
