Overview

Our Superior Cabins offer spacious, modern comfort - perfect for families or groups.

Each cabin features two separate bedrooms, both with private ensuites. The main bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, two single beds (which can be joined to make a king size bed) plus a set of king single bunk beds.

Enjoy an open plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a full-sized oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials. Additional features include a TV, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a full-length covered verandah for relaxing outdoors.

Linen and towels are provided.

Changes & cancellations

  • Low Season: Cancellations made within 3 days of the arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • High Season: Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made before 14 days of the arrival date during Peak Season or 3 - 30 days during Low/Shoulder Season will incur a 5% administration fee.
  • Full refunds will be due to customers in extraordinary circumstances at Manager's discretion only.

Pets

Pets are not permitted in any accommodation.

Deposits & payments

To secure your booking, a deposit is required at the time of reservation. The deposit amount is 20% of the total booking cost or the equivalent of one night’s stay—whichever is greater. Bookings are only confirmed once this deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due:

  • 3 days prior to arrival during low/shoulder season
  • 14 days prior to arrival during peak season
  • For bookings made within 14 days of arrival during Peak Season or within 3 days of arrival during Low/Shoulder Seasonfull payment is required at the time of booking.

Please ensure payments are made by the due dates to avoid cancellation. If you have any questions about your payment schedule or the applicable season, our team is happy to assist.

What you need to know

Wi-Fi Access
Each booking includes one complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi code on arrival. Additional Wi-Fi codes are available for $5 per code, per device. Please see reception for extra vouchers or assistance.

Damages: Guests are kindly advised that any loss or damage to park property may incur a replacement or repair cost, charged to the guest responsible.

All accommodation is smoke free. If guests smoke or allow others to smoke, a cleaning charge of $500 shall be charged to the guests' account.

Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Payment for bookings

For internet (online) bookings, 100% payment is due at time of booking.

Payment will be taken as your acceptance of these booking terms and conditions.

2. Refunds for bookings:

2.1 When cancelling a booking I acknowledge and agree that:

(a) If I cancel within 14 days of the arrival date during Peak season or 3 days during Low/Shoulder Season, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total booking.

(b) Cancellations made before 14 days of the arrival date during Peak Season or 3 - 30 days during Low/Shoulder Season will incur a 5% administration fee.

(d) Full refunds will be due to customers in extraordinary circumstances at Manager's discretion only.

(e) No refunds will be given to customers due to inclement weather.

(t) No refunds will be given to customers who choose to leave early.

(g) No Shows will be considered as a cancellation.

(h) Cancellations are not accepted for reservations from booking.com except within the first 48 hours when guests have an opportunity to read the full terms and conditions.

(1) Refunds will not be given in the event of power or water outages or such events beyond our control.

2.2 Management disclaims all responsibility and accepts no liability in respect of any errors or mis-descriptions and all associated disappointment, loss, inconvenience, expense or injury caused. Without liability, we will not be responsible if the product is not available due to civil unrest, industrial disputes, and interruptions to power supply, adverse weather conditions, health risk or terrorist activity.

2.4 Management reserves the right to request that guests 'check out' on the day of departure prior to the designated 'check out' time. Failure to 'check out' at the designated time will result in a $50.00 per hour late check-out fee and will be charged to the guest's credit card. Late checkouts can be requested and will be authorised at the Manager's discretion.

2.5 Management reserves the right to charge for any damage, breakages or theft that occurs by you or your guests during your stay.

4. Accommodation Occupancy Conditions:

4.1 l acknowledge and agree that the following additional conditions apply:

(a) Guests must be at least 18 years old to stay without a parent/guardian.

(e) Accommodation is to be left in a clean and tidy condition by checkout. In the event that the guest leaves dishes unwashed and rubbish lying around a cleaning fee will be charged to the nominated credit card.

(f) All accommodation is smoke free. If guests smoke or allow others to smoke, a cleaning charge of $500 shall be charged to the guests' account.

(g) Pets are permitted, on application, during Low/Shoulder seasons on CAMPING sites only. Pets must not be left unattended on the grounds. You MUST clean up after your pet. Any pet owner found not following these rules may be asked to vacate the premises.

4.2 l agree to pay and be responsible for any damage or losses caused to the accommodation or facilities as a result of any action by myself, my guests and invites, and will immediately notify management of any such damage or loss. Failure to do so will lead to prosecution to the full extent of the law.

General Privacy and Terms

We are committed to respecting your online privacy and recognise the need for appropriate protection and management of information you share with us. Sensitive personal information will not be shared with any third parties except where sharing of the information is essential in delivering to your accommodation, a product or service. Information collected will be used for the purpose of accurately fulfilling your booking including any required contact where there is an issue with the booking requested/ placed.

Newbook is the third party we use which assist us to securely and efficiently complete your booking. These companies use your information to authorise payment and book accommodation for you. Otherwise, we do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your personal information to third parties. The information you give us is confidential and will not be sold or given to any individual, company or organisation.

1. General Credit Card Privacy

We do not see your credit card information. Your details are processed directly through our payment gateway partner, where they are encrypted using Ingrian devices to provide the highest level of protection available. Ingrian devices provide tamper-resistant protection of cryptographic keys to ensure encrypted data is kept private and secure.

5. Advertising and Your Data

Your data such as email addresses may be used to send out advertisements or to create advertising lists to inform you of offers and services.
