Only a one hour drive south of our park, you’ll find the historic ruins of Trial Bay Gaol and the breathtaking Smoky Cape Lighthouse. Both are well worth a visit, particularly on a clear blue day when you get the added bonus of wonderful coastline views to the north and south!

• Trial Bay Gaol - be transported back in time and learn about the Australian history of this gaol opened back in 1886.
• Smoky Cape Lighthouse - built in 1891, you'll find this heritage lighthouse perched high and mighty on the headland! The walk is steep but worth it for the ocean outlook.
