Private Jetty
Stroll, fish and soak up the sunrise and sunset views from our 250 metre long private jetty on the Karuah River. New marine grid-style decking is being installed in stages, starting in late 2026.
Fishing from the jetty
The Karuah River is known for great fishing, and you can drop a line right from our 250 metre long private jetty. Bring your own rods and reels, then cook your catch in our BBQ areas or the Camp Kitchen.
Jetty upgrade underway
We’re upgrading the jetty with new marine grid-style decking, installed in small sections, starting in late 2026. The jetty remains open for fishing, strolls and watching the sunrise or sunset. Our maintenance team may temporarily close short sections while they work, so please follow signage and staff directions.
Boat moorings at the jetty
Swing and berth mooring sites are available at the end of the jetty. Reserve your spot early by calling our friendly team on 02 4997 5520.
Launching your boat
The town boat ramp is just a short drive from the park, giving you easy access to the river and the beautiful waters of Port Stephens.
Good to know
Dogs are not permitted on the jetty. Swimming off the jetty is not generally recommended.
