Changes & cancellations

1.      General Principles

a.      Twin Dolphins Holiday Park will use reasonable endeavours to assist if your holiday plans change, however we cannot guarantee that changes can always be made or that a refund will be available.

b.     Cancellation requests for bookings made directly with Twin Dolphins Holiday Park must be lodged directly with us. If you booked through a third party (for example, an online travel agent), you must contact that party directly.

c.      No refunds are given for unused portions of your stay, including no-shows, early departures, or cancellations after arrival, except in exceptional circumstances and at the Managers (or Managers representative) discretion

Cancellation Period” means the period within which a Booking may be cancelled, outlined as follows. 

PEAK TIME CANCELLATIONS: All public holidays, including but not limited to Christmas, Easter, Kings Birthday & Labour long weekend

Up to 4 weeks prior to check in – Full refund less $50.00 administration fee.

4 weeks to 1 week prior to check in – 50% refund less a $50.00 administration fee OR 50% credit held for 6 months’, transferable to other family members, to be re-booked within the 6-month period. If the credit is not re- booked within the 6-month period and not used within a 12-month period, the credit is forfeited.

1 week prior to check in – NO REFUND OR CREDIT OFFERED except in exceptional circumstances and at Managers (or Managers representative) discretion. 

STANDARD CANELLATIONS OUTSIDE OF PEAK TIME

Up to 2 weeks prior to check in – Full refund less $50.00 administration fee 

2 weeks to 3 days prior to check in – 50% refund less a $50.00 administration fee OR 50% credit held for 6 months’, transferable to other family members, to be re-booked within the 6-month period. After Arrival

  • For any reason if you decided to vacate the park prior to your expected departure date there are no refunds. Simply place your keys in the return key box on the landing at Reception.

Pets

  • Dogs are welcome on sites, at managers discretion.
  • Dogs are not allowed on cabin bookings.

Deposits & payments

  • Shoulder/Off Peak: 1 night tariff at booking with balance processed 1 week prior to arrival.
  • Peak: 1 night tariff, at the time of booking with balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
  • Payment Option for Peak Xmas and Easter Periods - We offer a payment plan, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Please discuss when booking.

Christmas, Easter & Cooly Rocks Festival (Peak)

  • Easter Long Weekend -(Minimum Stay 3 nights)
  • Long weekends - King birthday & Labour Weekend Etc. (Minimum stay 3 nights)
  • Christmas - 20 December to 27th January (minimum stay of 7 nights)

What you need to know

As a guest/s in our park you agree to:

  • Read and be familiar with Park Rules, written on the back of the map, and conduct yourself in a manner conducive to a harmonious park environment.
  • Any damage or loss to our accommodation, site or equipment in the park for which you are responsible and is not billed at the time of your departure, may be charged to the same credit card used to pay your account or to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account at a later date.
  • Report any problem you have with your accommodation, site or neighbour immediately so the situation can be rectified to allow a wonderful holiday.
  • When departing a cabin you need to ensure you wash all dishes and put them away, and remove any garbage to the outside bin at your cabin. (you will incur charges if these tasks are not completed)
